Tears Poem by Rose Rosado

Tears

Tears roll down my face,

All my happiness shattered away,

I'm filled with such disgrace,

But why do I have to stay?

Rain drops come down upon me,

Looking up at the dreary sky,

Clouds up all over me,

So up and so high,

I walked passed by you,

No words, not even a 'hi',

You just sit there with your crew,

So I begin with a sigh,

You gave me a dirty look,

And I gave you a smile,

Sitting there is where you stood,

And I was happy about a quarter of a mile,

I walk away with tears,

And you start to laugh at me,

Still I walk away,

And I know you can see,

You stopped and actually looked at me,

And you question me,

Are you ok?

But why would you care?
