I hope that when the time is near
You will let me know
That 'things have changed between us dear, I have to let you go'
I hope I never have to wonder
If things are going right
That you'll let me know beforehand
That your desire's taking flight
Though not the brightest outcome
This you are aware
But better to be told the truth
Then wonder if your there
