Quiet long walks
I like to do
It's not that I
Don't Want to be with you

It's just that at times
I need some alone time
Just so that I
Can clear out my mind

Get away from all the noise
And all the city sounds
To be by myself
With no one else around

It's something that we
Should all do
So at least for a while
Living again can feel new

Too many people
Don't take the time
To give time to themselves
As they walk life's fine line

So I say to one and all
Always make time for you
Because in the end when you run out of time
It's something you can't undo
