Take My Hand And Walk With Thee Poem by Keith Williams

Take My Hand And Walk With Thee

Rating: 3.0

What wonderous sights so lovely to see
Hold the beauty I possess before me
Let not a day go by in which I ever let it be
At times I never shown you that I love you
But I'm quick to judge so boldy I do
When you are gone I have nothing left
When the river runs dry so water that was kept
Only a word could dried it out
Until I have no choice but the cry and shout
Yes she is gone how can I get her back?
Whatever happened to that gentleman no love he lack?
Once I see you again joy shall come this day
Because there is one thing I have to say
What do you see shall think of me?
I cannot help I see I think of you

Discovering love can 'thee and we' us out sometimes! Your phrase...'When you are gone I have nothing left'...the reason why this is particularly true in this poem is the fact that everything beyond this point identifies that you are grabbing for thoughts to describe the nothingness that you are left with! 'There is nothing behind where the water was left! Like a river that's gone...there's nothing else to confess. I want you back! '...that was just a poet's thought shared with another. It is a good poem! It needs your thought process to make it more dynamic! L
