Tainted Fire Poem by Antonio Liao

Tainted Fire

seldom has the heart fooled the sight
nay, keeps on biting without
remembering the little
kindness of what the hands give

tenderness move out from the
hidden shadow
of desire, whose quest touches the
bottom of every aspiration,
a sense of nothing than a simple
gift of sight

hold me on the coldness of your
smile, I needed it most in the journey
where no one have tell
the end of something; a golden light
that begins the window
of what is today

touch my heart oh! my soul
as it wash away my tears, move on
until it settle in the fire...
