Tagore Song (#130) Tuneless Life Is A Perilous Obstacle

(gane gane tobo bondhon jak tute)

Through songs let all ties be untied
Calls cry out amid darkness
After those bounded words
Where the world-Bina sings
In the heart of Cosmic Poet

Let your life be soaked
By rolling over the tune
By breaking rhythms conflict enter into the soul
This is why rhythms inside and outside disagree
Tuneless life is a perilous obstacle
That is the puzzle in the darkness
Oh music-minded, get your music and let ties go
