Tacos, Tacos, Everywhere Poem by Juan Olivarez

Seems that everywhere you go,
In the valley,
You can find tacos for sale.
All kinds,
To appease all appetites.
Beef tacos, chicken tacos,
All kinds of internal organs,
Tripa, molleja, you name it.
Really great stuff.
And, with your choice of condiments,
Onions, tomatoes, cabbage, cilantro.
And hot sauces wow,
The Mexicans love them hot,
Everyone else mild.
But Let me tell you what's really incredible,
The signs.
Everybody has tacos, and they let you know it.
There's,
Aldo's videos and Tacos,
Naked Maids Service, and Tacos,
Chuy's used auto parts and Tacos,
Dr. Wongs Colonoscopies and, you guessed it Tacos.
And my personal favorite,
Exotic Dancing Girls and Tacos.
Tacos, Tacos, everywhere,
And not a bite to eat.
