Systems Malfunction Poem by IT'S ME K.S.Z

A concealed blockage in synaptic performance
Hidden electric pulses emitting from my brain
Control of my body is all but lost
My nervous system is going insane
Dopamine is released and I feel so special
Happiness besets through out all of my veins
My hypothalamus gland is acting so indifferent
My body temperature rises with a furious change
My visual cortex envisions distant thoughts of reality
My cerebellum causes my limbs to flail violently astray
My brain stem has just malfunctioned
My vital signs have reached a plateau plane
