Syrian Orthodox Archbishop Nikodimos Daoud: Kept Silent In Fear

In summary a brief extract
from Syrian Orthodox Archbishop
Nikodimos Daoud in a July interview
with Russia Today.

Christian homes were marked
'while you are sitting in your home,
your property is taken away from you

in broad daylight,
for all people to see,
and there is nothing you can say, '

sheikhs climbed minarets declared
'Christians must convert to Islam,
pay the jizya poll tax, or be killed.'

it was a time
in Mosul when
Christians who would not
renounce their faith

were beheaded martyred

Archbishop Daoud
speaking to Russia Today said
'he kept silent out of fear of reprisals
against Christians that remained in Mosul'

then came a time
'now there are no
longer any Christians
in Mosul, they have been

driven from their homes
and forced, in an arbitrary,
terrorist and brutal manner
to leave the city…'

it was a time when
ISIS genocide ethnic cleansing
in Mosul was complete

all Christians in all sects
in Mosul had been exterminated
Christian genocide in Mosul was complete...

but their martyred blood
was crying out from the ground
crying out from dust of ground...

in heaven God was listening
in heaven all ISIS crimes were recorded
ISIS awaits sentencing on Judgement Day...

in heaven an angel has written a record
none can break it none can erase it
all are accountable all souls are judged...
