Surviving A Loss Poem by Ray Hansell

Surviving A Loss

It's alright to cry
To let out the pain
We've all been there before
I'm sure we'll all be there again

If you need some arms
To hold and comfort you
I want you to know
There's nothing else I'd rather do

I have hurt before
The way you are hurting now
But I do believe
You will get through somehow

I know it won't be easy
It for sure will take some time
But I know that down the road
You're going to be just fine

You'll have wonderful memories
That will forever replay in your mind
But most of all you'll remember
The special way that she was always kind
