Suicide Poem by zara williams

Suicide

The word you say
they will make you pay
pay for the terrible thoughts
you stuck in her head
with those thoughts you gave
her she finally went to bed
her parents wonder what she's
doing they open the door to
find her hanging
worthless is what you and
your friends call her
now the girl you tortured
is gone
it's only now you realize what
you've done
the note she left has yet to be
found but it's so very obviously
placed on the ground
days, weeks, months have past
but still no clue what has
made her take the breath of
her last
by now you've forgotten about
that girl
you moved on to your next classmate
to make life's terrible
her parents have found
the note
your name was all that was
on the note
now you know the reason why
she took her life
you realize the word you said
felt like being stabbed with
a knife
now stuck with the guilt of the
past
you were the reason for her
SUICIDE.
