Studying Shakespeare Poem by Phil Soar

They said 'please study Shakespeare'
If you want to write a sonnet
Or by a book on Millinery
If you want to make a bonnet

If cookery is what you like
Then you need Gordon Ramsey
Or Monty Don for gardening on
When growing the odd pansy

When Tourettes strikes you down one day
You know that you are F***ed
And that it will not help you much
If you should write a book

So please don't study Shakespeare
As you won't be that impressed
As his sonnet's are so complex
And his bonnets even less
