Stoke Furnace Burning Enlightenment Poem by Terence George Craddock

Stoke Furnace Burning Enlightenment

Rating: 5.0

an extraordinary vision
innocence strong young
married to wisdom old

gentle innocence strength
vibrant fervent innocent
strength potential locked

fierce imagination to confront
overcome established bigotry
build a stoked furnace of wise

compassion mesmerize bigots
with smelted grace of our beauty
healing enlightenment yeast

to transformation revitalize bigots
turn their mean sad ass half lives
into real lives sown in inspiration

gift compassionate beauty
may yet heal savage beasts
won with wisdom's wine
