Stinging Silence Poem by J Sheba Anandhi

Stinging Silence

With pleasing silence at bay
Stinging silence pins the way,
The walls render seclusion
Yet voices travel by diffusion,
Silence in the out of doors
Is like a flowery garden,
Silence amid closed doors
Is like harrowing perdition.
