Stamp on the Waves

Sweet smiling language, under the moon, play flute, wind posts a letter
Spring walking smilingly, on the seaside, stamp on the waves, water rises billows
A cup of enticing spell, in the human world, it's too far between the hearts
One-third of thin face, in the banquet, nothing more than many polite remarks
