Sprules House Poem by Chris Harris

Sprules House

Across the green room
Unclosed the doors of summers full
Detained as stairways
Unsided still of days of nights

Aimless with eyes renewed
As futures pass ungaining

Searching like silence
With shadows long as memories dance
Tumbling still perfect
Unfailing with the waiting sun

Tearless as grief betrayed
Its patterns fade eternal
