I carried my burdens to you but
But you were not there to take them
I shed my tears beside you
But you did not care to wipe them
I shouted your name in time of need
but you refused to hear me calling
My dear
You carried your burdens to me
But you refused to let them go
you shed your tears beside me and i held you close and near
And when you shouted my name
I answered
but it was you who refused to hear
