Sorrows Forgotten Memories (Different Version) Poem by Andrew Degen

Sorrows Forgotten Memories (Different Version)

Heart’s beauty stares at me
Those confusing eyes
Lingering in the blue night sky
As darkness over whelms them
Consuming them
As I cower in fear at it
The loneliness inside me
Is too much to bear
But pain’s grasp is slick
As her heart feels mine
She can see my pain
As I see her glorious beauty
That of which no one else can see
I hear her voice
Ringing in my ears
As I sit in silence
Listening to those words
Ones never heard for what they truly mean
A meaning
Not thought of in human hearts
But those who pursue it
Go un-forgotten by those who wait
For their turn
At sorrows forgotten memories
