Sonnet: God, My Loving Master Poem by Dr John Celes

Sonnet: God, My Loving Master

I know my God takes care of all my needs;
He does it in His time and ways, may be;
When every bird up in the air, He feeds,
Will He not then, beloved humanity?

May be, some things don't come, although I ask;
The reasons are beyond my inference;
My God will burden me not with a task,
I cannot handle by perseverance.

My loving God knows what and when to give;
He planned my future 'fore I took my form;
His grace alone is adequate to live;
He keeps me safe amidst life's every storm.

I put my trust in God and move ahead;
But I take care my soul by sins isn't dead!
