Some Mysteries Poem by Sandra Feldman

Some Mysteries

Rating: 5.0

Some Mysteries,
Are never solved,
And they remain within,
Hurting as we go along,
The Mystery of Life and Love,
The deepest one of all,
The one that you can rarely win,
And never can control.

Though it's difficult to believe but so true it is that both of them (life and love) mostly remain unknown in our life..... Another lovely penning.

I really enjoyed this poem. The mystery that we hold within us - wisdom and truth abound in this poem.

Your poem is a quiet acceptance of a hard truth - that often our desires remain unfulfilled because of the nature of things. But you express it without any futile protest. Your voice is steady and that steadies the reader who may not have your composure, in which category I include myself. I'm still yearning for the impossible. But I really applaud the dignity of your voice in this poem. Both of our sentiments are expressed in the foreign poem of the day by Yosano Akiko - it is gorgeous.
