When I first met you oh......how my heart did sing
I could feel the joy to my life you would bring

As we looked at each other and our gaze became one
I felt that very moment our friendship had begun

Conditions in our lives kept us only as friends at the time
although in my heart I knew someday, those bells would chime

The anticipation of seeing you, brought brightness to my day
I prayed for the day when you would spirit me away

As the years went by, best friends we did become
Until that day we became united as one

Seven years ago we made our promise to each other
On a balcony, in the mountains, in front of God, our children and my
mother

As the days go by my love for you has grown
Our love will never vanish it has become
Solid as Stone
