So Long Seeing You Poem by April Swan

So Long Seeing You

And I saw his face
I almost did not see him
For it had been forever
Since I had even heard his name
And their was nothing like it
No kindness or love
But a look I could not recognize
But like a stupid little smirk
Is that all I get from you?
All these years my Father?
But it wasn't even you
But a face in a photograph
