SO LONG A LETTER

In hallucination i remember
Patriach of heavy letter
Tayo Olafioye, my ancestor
Your teachings now i doctor
In the parliament of idiots
In jail i'll rot like maggots
A relic of history i will cherish
If today in history dont perish

LETTER OF APOLOGY
Sequel to the sitting we had on the 21th July,2014 at LT 103 which centres on the need for me to come and defend a message i posted on A.A.U.A UPDATE with the inscription 'PARLIAMENT OF IDIOTS', i write to inform you that i have not written to call the honourable house of the ever progressive FASA, idiot neither did i write to insult them in any form. As a poet or student of poetry, one needs to understand that poems are bound to have diverse meaning and only the poet understands better, the philosophy of his literary piece. Everybody knows that FASA is the best faculty so far in AAUA where both human and academic resources are deposited. Moreso, the level of reasoning and views of judgement by the Honourables in the house is second to none, this is as a result, the faculty is able to produce the ever vibrant Senate President of this great citadel of learning who by political delimination comes from my geo-political zone and at the same time, my constituencya and the unbiased Rt. Hon. Speaker of this amiable faculty of Arts. The allegation levelled against me is just a mere misconception of idea. I never meant to insult the parliament. I was misquoted. The truth is that series of activities has ensued within the 'EXECUTIVE COUNCIL' both inside and outside official nuances, this has not at any situation called for open blackmail which i was alleged of. Having defended my cause, even though unsatisfactory to this honourable house, i deem it germane to write to seek your INFINITE MERCY which work, equivalently, like the beneolence of the almighty JEHOVAH, the maker of heaven and earth. 'Parliament of Idiot' is a poem, written by our own Tayo Olafioye of blessed memory which reflects the ills in politics and embraces democracy in its stead. Therefore, anyone insisting that it was a delibrate assasination of personality/character to the honourables or the house at large does that with a personal grudge/grouse within him or having a political undertone.
Moreover, i tender my unreserved apology for this alleged sacrilege.
