Sneezewort (Achillea Ptarmica) Poem by john (called jack) wren

Sneezewort (Achillea Ptarmica)

They laugh and snigger
When they hear my name,
I dread going to school
I'm not to blame.

Did dad and grandad
Go through the same?
If they did
I think that's a shame.

I'm pretty and smart
And try to be humble
But when they tease
I sometimes stumble.

And end up crying
In the schoolyard
With a sore nose
From blowing it hard.

Dad tells me to smile
And hold my head high,
I'll try next time
I said with a sigh.

Others have had
A similar trial,
And stood firm
Without self-denial.

With names like
Bladder and nipplewort
So hold your head high
Sweet little sneezewort..
