Smelly Socks Poem by Christopher Tye

Smelly Socks

Smelly Socks

There was a young lady from York,
Who had worn her socks far too long,
When one day in the staff canteen,
Her shoes she did remove forgetting her smelly socks,
And all of York look for smelly Limburger cheese in vain.
