Slay And Waylay Self Inflicted Torment Poem by John Sensele

Slay And Waylay Self Inflicted Torment

Synergize to maximize growth
Perish and diminish progress in disunity
Which ensures we slay in us the mammoth
God sews when we embrace and empower unity.

No way to progress if efforts we fragment
Cultivating parcels of division
Deluding ourselves momentous march we augment
When we pledge allegiance to a perdition provision.

We introspect
We search our souls
We dare our motivation to prospect
What on Earth drives us to score own goals.

Best to change course
Seize the moment
Reassess our stabilization source
Otherwise we augment our self inflicted tormen
