Shopping Poem by Sandra Feldman

Shopping

Rating: 5.0

'Come on!
Let's move
Let's go get
Some more things
We don't need! '

Are we
A Consumers' Society
Or not?
So, let's prove it
By putting, more
Skin on the bones
Of unnecessary
Credit, loans.

Becoming more,
And more dependent
On rogue nations
Made out of paper,
Stuck together
With the Devil's
Red Foam.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Seems to me, that the less junk we buy and is produced is a great and sage way to fight Global warming. But what do I know?
