Shame On Me Poem by Saint Cynosure

Shame On Me

Rating: 5.0

Shame on me,
shame on myself.
Shame on you,
and everyone else.
As we eat,
sleep and breath,
with not a thought of others needs.
Walking staring at our feet,
and not in the eyes of those we see.
Listening to the music play,
instead of hearing what they say.
Is this what all the worlds become,
lovers of ourselves?
Dishing out the hate received,
to everybody else.
Shame on me,
shame on myself.
Shame on you,
and everyone else.
