It was dark and my heart was broken
I was sad but I tried to hide it
You left me with a sign of'good bye'
When you promised to be real nice

It's difficult, yes I kow
But today I have to move along

Today it's my turn to shine
But in vain you're still in my mind
Please forgive me, please free my soul
Today I have to move alone

It hurts, you should know
That's why my sign is the Black Crow
My dreams without you have not grown
Understand please, that I'm no longer yours

So let me be, for you don't know
Just how to love a crow
