Seriously Nuts
I just received a message that said,
'you're seriously nuts.'
To which I answered,
'Yes I Am'
And on reflection I find
I'm quite comfortable
In my insanity
I've spent a long time in it
I know both it boundaries
And it's expanses
I understand
It's tenuous
Relationship
With
Reality
and the necessity
To Check In With It
I know my Body is
Always Happier
When I remember to....
