Selfish Poem by Ana Carlin

Selfish

Complex the structure you build.
All this time you created a barrier between the love i keep for you and the lie you wish to stay in.
Why wrong what your heart feel's?
Why not see that the wrong is on what you don't want to let go.
You hope this door's stay a bit cracked.
You can't afford to lose what you have for selfish reasons.
You creat an assurance with me a second option so you lie to your heart to lose this true love for mere lust of material objects.
I hope you don't regret the door's that are now closing from my side.
