Scared Poem by Kaitlyn Breitkreutz

Scared

You scare more than life,
When you hold that sharp knife,
It kills me when you cut,
And it hurts when you bleed!

Your mournful cries during the night,
In the dimmed, dim light,
You feel no-one to hold you tight,
No-one to harm you from the fright

Getting drunk
Doesn’t help,
Not even a little bit,
It hides a little bit of pain,
But when you unleash your anger,
You have no gain.

You think your life is meaningless
No where to run and hide,
You screaming in the black hole,
No-one to pull you out.

I can’t deal with the moans
you bring on by yourself,
But I can help you with breaking through,
Your little, tough shell!

I need too change,
And Rehab may help,
But I’ll always be here,
Until I walk out.!

I’m scared what will happen,
When I get to close too you,
And you have another anger fit,
And I’m the one you abuse.

I know you don’t want to live like this,
But I can’t help you through,
This is something only one person can do,
And that person, is YOU!
