I´m finding it hard to smile today
Even tho I can´t find one particular reason
To why my body feels this odd way
Smiling feels way too heavy to be performed
Crawling out of bed feels way too necessary to be ignored
My chest is numb
My breathing is way too easy
What´s gotten into me?
Some people wake up brilliantly happy, every day
And I´m just a bit sad, today
I can´t really blame my lover,
He does the best he can
Can´t think of one single flaw..what a man!
I can´t blame it on my work,
It´s good..just fine
It provides more than a sufficient dime!
Everyone´s constantly searching for happiness
When all I really want is a moment of sadness
To know what it feels like
Not being able to think, of one motive to smile.
I´m definitely not crying either
It´s this sadness..that´s got me eager.
