Rose Dew Poem by Char Pattrick

Rose Dew

As the vine climbs the wall
Watching its tendrils grow
Little buds appear so tall
Gently opening up for show

Perfume exotic and romantic
Glistening in the sunshine
Flowers keep on show frantic
With the weather all just fine

Rain drops collect so delicate
Clouds wash over and then gone
Little dainty vine, so intricate
It's all on show, it's no con

Sweet smelling pretty flowers
Passion and nectar this arrays
Innocently watered by sun showers
Glowing in serene sunlit rays
