Rip Robin Williams Poem by Athena Plante Little Bit Lost

Rip Robin Williams

I'm sorry for the pain you suffered,
you kept hidden behind your smile.
No one knows how long you hurt,
but it must have been quite a while.

I couldn't believe when I heard the news.
I said well there's just no way.
He was always so happy and smiling,
and I remember that, still now today.

You had such a great personality,
it's sad you couldn't see you were loved.
But I know, because I suffer too.
Sometimes that's just not enough.

Mrs. Doubtfire, I laughed so hard I must say.
Patch Adams, well it made me cry.
Jumanji was such an adventure, and
Flubber that bouncy little green guy.

You always made me smile.
I watched you as a little kid.
Mork and Mindy I remember.
The first thing I saw that you did.

I will never forget you and your smile.
All the laughs along the way.
I miss the way you brought happiness,
and wish you were still here today.
