Ring Poem by SirLalianMwittah Nyalali

Ring

Looked puzzled
Wondering on her smile
Smile lures me
When her image comes first in my heart.
My passion covers the little space
Before my first chamber covered with her shadow
Her shadow prevents me from hot sun
Sunrays are not able to harm my back.
Oh! Harmless is on her side
Maybe because of her refuge
Before and after her sleep
Refuge run calls her wisdom
Draws nearer her image in all hours of day
Your image will look no contamination.
Until I anticipate her image
To the point of the Pilate Pilates the ship’s image
To simplify my attack
In this seasons of cultivating crops.
She behaves like chameleon
The fact makes me hard to imagine
Of past day run my hope
Today is giving me question of hope
That hopes will come tomorrow.
Turning my refuge on her
But my throat goes dry like a season river
No wetness to water my throat dry.
