Replacing Failure Rut Blues Keys Destructive Notes Poem by Terence George Craddock

Replacing Failure Rut Blues Keys Destructive Notes

a failure attitude! I can't do anything right! replace it!
with tender healing kind forgiving beautiful phrases,
realize everyone makes mistakes, sometimes get excited!

replace fear failure with I bet I can do better next time!
choose realistic grounded goals take problems off at night!

always take problems worry off at night leave problems in the corner
if you must pick a few problems up the next day to carry in the day
remember take problems worry anxiety off at night leave it in a corner
