He remembers
when he used to grab
a cup of coffee
sit down
and read his newspaper
now times have changed
he has a smart phone
his cable
his internet!
technology
has changed the way
he gets his news
happy news
sad news
he remembers
when he was a kid
he used to get up early
throw newspapers
for his neighbors to read
now his neighbors
are mostly on their cell phones
newspapers and newspaper boys
seem to be vanishing
from our daily lives!
