Rejection And Humiliation Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

Rejection And Humiliation

In the forty-ninth
chapter of
Isaiah,
we take a
glimpse into
one small
aspect of the
rejection,
humiliation,
and pain of
the suffering
Servant,
the Holy One.

He was anointed
by God to be a light
to the Gentile
nations, the good
Shepherd of His
chosen people
and the glory of
God's inheritance
(Ref. to Isiah 49,5)
