The kind that never stops
The kind that never ceases
A love that lasts eternity
Someone who can look into my eyes
And know when something is wrong
who can tell by my voice
When I am upset
Who can make me laugh
When I am down
But knows when to hold me tight
When I need that shoulder to cry on
I want real love
The kind that makes me feel
Complete, whole, my better half
Long walks on the beach
hand and hand
Conversations all through the night
just about anything
Surprise me with
What you'll know I'll love
I want real love
Who won't make me cry
Who won't make me feel so lonely
Is there a real love out there?
Or is it just not so
I know there'll be fights
There'll be arguments and conflict
But make it up with
Flowers, apologies, a poem, make-up sex
I want real love
Someone who knows me so well
Who won't judge me by my actions
Someone who will accept me
For whom I am
And do everything with
Without complaints
I want real love
