Rays Beneath The Sky Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Rays Beneath The Sky

R-ays beneath the sky
H-ave brightened the day;
O-ctober fifteenth morn,
N-ight shadows go
A-way.

N-eath the sky the beacon
O-bliterates the cold chill;
L-ight warms the heart,
L-etting it feel the thrill.
E-ventide has disappeared,
D-arkness passes from view;
O-ne dawn denies the dusk, twilight, gray and blue.

C-rimson beneath the sky
O-ffers a million mirth;
M-uch joy is truly brought,
B-ecause of your birth.
A-ir underneath the sky
L-ets the breeze bring softness;
I-t's the ecstasy in mind,
C-ausing huge happiness.
E-arly flame is shining, mist and haze have gone by;
R-ed gleams and glints are rays beneath the sky.
