Rain Poem by Hamytaf Hushes

Rain

It's pouring outside as I shiver
My legs tremble as my lips quiver
The sound of rain seems so melodious
Decorating the night, making it glorious

I watch as the curtains flap
Like how an excited kid would clap
As raindrops splash against the window
Creating streams as each of them flows

How muddy puddles reflect the moon
And sky looks a little more maroon
It's amazing how it soothes any pain
One of the greatest blessings is surely the rain
