Your words mean nothing
and I have heard every excuse before
Apology after apology
I just cannot take it anymore.

You always seem to hurt me
and then just leave me here alone.
My trust is gone
and I'd rather make it on my own.

Never promise me forever
if you cannot even make it a day
Do not say you love me
because it does not look that way.

You'll never get my trust again
and I'm left with memories that cut deep,
All full of broken promises
you were never going to keep.
