Problems

We are aware of problems
Which have recently transpired
You say that you have had enough
And you are feeling sick and tired

Look forward to the future
Don't dwell upon the past
You'll notice things will change for you
And those feelings will not last

Your family and friends can help
To get you back all right
Don't rush cos it will take a while
Things can't change over night

Sit down and talk to those you love
While you still have each other
It's your choice to make today
You need the first step to recover
