Poetry My Happiness Poem by zandile zoya

Poetry My Happiness

Rating: 4.8

How can I feel so lost in my own land?
Like a forbidden in a foreign world
Heartbroken beyond repairs
Tears falling down endlessly
Smile fading slowly
Betrayal…
Lies told
Empty promises made…
The shadow of pain covering my world
Loneliness intrudes…
Regrets invade…

Questions at the back of my mind…
“Why me? ”
“What did I do wrong? ”
“How can I be so blind and not see this coming? ”
Too late for answers
My smile is already gone
Joy left without goodbye
Happiness just vanished

Yet deep down my heart my emotion is still alive
They might cause so much pain
Break my heart into pieces
Scatter around every little joy it holds
Hurt my feelings
Lie to my face
Take away my joy…

But…
They will never take the word within me
They will never take way my poetic thinking
They might destroy everything that I have
But my poetic talent will always remain
The emotion inside my silence voice
Will never fade….
I will be stronger
I will be better

Through the rhymes and beats
Through the spoken worlds
Through that voice behind the mic’
I shall be stronger and be better
I shall find my happiness again…

They can never break the flow of thoughts that erupts like a volcano, the flow of emotions that are majestic like African waterfalls. Soze bakugqibe kaloku nkosazane, ngitsho bangakhu biza igqiyazana soze bawophule umphefumulo wakho, kwaye I kamva lakho likwezakho izandla. Simnandi esi sihobe sindikhumbuza umhlobo wam, intokaPotelwa lena eKapa lodumo. Siya_! !
