Place Of Dreams Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

Place Of Dreams

Rating: 5.0

A fine breeze upon my face,
‘Twas a beautiful mesmerising place,
As I turned the corner there upon the hill,
The view took my breath away,
And at that very moment,
Time stood still.
The sound of the waves,
As they washed against the rocks,
The seagulls call,
It looked like a land,
That time had forgot,
For that place a pure picture,
The best I have ever seen,
Llangranog,
That beautiful place.
The place of dreams.

It's very important to live in beautiful surroundings. They help us heal. It must be a place of dreams with its surreal beauty and uninterrupted peace.

Lovely poem Jayne. We all have a favourite place, I have several from some of the counties I've been lucky enough to visit.
