i have been hurt in the past
and try to look to my present
and my future.i try to repair
a broken heart in the present
for a better future.life has
dealt many cruel blows in the
past i wrestle with my present
in the hope for a peaceful future
my past is my past i cant change
the cruelty that is my past.the
struggle from past to present
has been a long one.my present
haunted by my past making the
look to the future a comfertless
look.one day my past will be
behind me no longer haunting
my present and my future will
be what i make it what i want
it to be.hopefully one day i
will be at ease in the present
with my past.
