In this I hide, the layer around my heart
Never letting any one to close
A thousand masks to hide behind
Which one is true
I wonder as I am watching you looking in
To a world you’ll never understand
Passion in my heart
Betrayal in my eyes
What’s the difference
They both leave scars
Always guarding the dark
You think you know me
But will never find my heart
And those who had my love
Never understood it
I’ve felt and seen the truth
I know just what they do
The proof is behind my smile
I feel with my mind
My heart to broken to make sense
Beyond all these scars might be beauty
But it seems the dark is my friend
The moon in my soul, a closed rose
Wanting to bloom the secrets
Let it all unfold
But who could get passed all t
