Do not despair from what I hear
As people depart from you, stand clear
They know that you will still be near
I can't help but feel a tear
Rolling down my cheek as I walk away from here
Parting of our ways comes now my dear
Following footsteps as I steer clear
Having poured my emotions into my soul this year
I stand here waiting to see your face again my dear
But knowing full well it won't appear
