Paradise Of Heaven Poem by David Harris

Paradise Of Heaven

Rating: 5.0

A candle lit table for two
with the lights dimmed low,
two lovers with glasses raised
sit there and coo
as the food and night slip away
into the paradise of heaven,
heaven here on earth.

Passions flare with the warmth
of a new days sun as the paradise of heaven
is only an arms length away.
Lips touch with tenderness
under the candle light
as all around them fireworks explode in the night
as they enter into the paradise of heaven.
